This is the story of the seven sisters. The sisters fled from Wati Nyiru creating the country and landscape around Andrea’s home, Mala. They created the rockhole’s, sandhills and rocky outcrops as they tried to escape. The women flew up into the sky. Now, Wati Nyiru can be seen as Orion in the sky and the sisters are the Pleiades constellation.

Antimicrobial |Anti-inflammatory |Antioxidants

Anise Myrtle (Syzygium anisatum) has high antioxidant activity and antimicrobial properties. It also  contains anethole which has anti-inflammatory properties and gives it it’s aniseed/licorice flavour.

Ingredients:

100% Anise Myrtle leaves sourced from First Nations Growers

Brewing: Use ½ to 1 teaspoon (depending on strength of brew you want) and steep for 2-4 minutes. Save some of the liquid to put in your water bottle to add a slight flavour to your water.
