Native Pepper Berries, also known as Mountain Pepper, is grown in the cool rain forests of Tasmania. With up to 4 times more antioxidants than blueberries, it is considered to be an Australian super-food. First Nations people used it for its antiseptic properties & also to flavour their food. On first taste it has an almost fruity flavour, followed up by a sharper, spicy, hot flavour.
Give your cooking added piquancy with this beautiful spice. Can be used as an alternative to everyday pepper.
