Native Pepper Berries, also known as Mountain Pepper, is grown in the cool rain forests of Tasmania. With up to 4 times more antioxidants than blueberries, it is considered to be an Australian super-food. First Nations people used it for its antiseptic properties & also to flavour their food. On first taste it has an almost fruity flavour, followed up by a sharper, spicy, hot flavour.
Restricted to the Northern Table Lands of NSW, the Strawberry Gum, also known as Eucalyptus Olida, is a rare and attractive tree that grow to 20metres with grey green leaves and large white cluster of flowers. The leaves are highly aromatic with a strawberry aroma. Thought to be a good source of antioxidants.

Cinnamon Myrtle grows in the subtropical areas of Eastern Australia. The leaves have a pleasant spicy cinnamon-like aroma and flavour and can be used as a spice in various dishes. Originally used by First Nations people for cooking and as a bush medicine, it makes a calming medicinal tea useful for heartburn, colic and the digestive system.
