These 3m high grey-blue shrubs are found throughout Australia. Dried Native Saltbush flakes are a delightful complement to many a dish. They have a salty, herbal flavour, and are very versatile. Rich in protein, antioxidants and minerals.

Wattle Seed Roasted - Ground

Elegant Wattle seeds come from a native shrub like tree, found throughout the more arid parts of Australia. They have small yellow flowers and long pods like beans that contain these edible delights. They contain nutrients including zinc, magnesium, iron and potassium, as well as being an excellent source of protein and fibre.

Native Pepper Leaf Onion Relish

Lovingly handmade in Western Australia. This mouth watering caramelised onion relish is infused with Australian Native Pepper Leaf giving it a unique aromatic, wild spicy flavour with a lingering warmth. 

Gluten Free, Vegan, All Natural

Grown in South Eastern Australia, the Native Peppermint Gum trees grow to about 30 metres; the leaves have subtle minty overtones. Used a lot in earlier colonial times for making “Billy Tea.” It also works well in sweet and savoury dishes.
