Designed as an alternative to alcohol based products. Many people are unable to use alcohol based products due to its harshness on the skin. Or other allergy reasons.
The active antimicrobial agent in this product is a cationic (positive charged) quat-based chemical called Benzalkonium Chloride which has a broad spectrum activity and has been used in household and personal care cleansing formulations since the 1940’s.
We have added Lemon Myrtle essential oil to our product because of the natural antibacterial power lemon myrtle has in its own natural form.

Ingredients: Purified Water, Glycerine, Pentylene Glycol, Benzalkonium Chloride, Cocoamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Chloride, Lemon Myrtle Essential Oil
NOTE: This product is a cleaning product, with antibacterial purpose, it smells like a cleaning product, with a touch of Lemon Myrtle. It does not contain an overpowering amount of Lemon Myrtle. We are unable to increase the amount of lemon myrtle in it, otherwise it will become sticky and could also irritate the skin or surfaces. The content of Lemon Mrytle is is increased in the alcohol based sanitiser as the alcohol base is able to hold it better and the combination is easier to formulate.
